Bon Vivant PR LLC

What we Do

Bon Vivant PR was conceived to support small businesses through the implementation of public relations, marketing and social media services. We are living in a time where a quality product and excellent customer service alone is no longer enough to lead customers to your business. But having a solid marketing plan in place can certainly procure that.

Whether you are in the health industry, real estate, hospitality or really any other business, we tailor our approach to execute effective campaigns to create or strengthen awareness of your brand for the long-term. We do this by fostering relationships with the community, clients and the media. If you are not sure about what services would benefit your business, we would be more than happy to sit down with you for a consultation.

About Us

Bon Vivant PR's founder Melissa Toledo began her career at small to medium-sized PR agencies representing clients such as BASF (Builders Association of South Florida), the South Florida International Auto Show, and Miami Spice -
securing local, regional and national media exposure for high-profile entrepreneurs and up-and-coming chefs.

After her long hiatus from the field to pursue a profession in education, she returned to the PR world freelancing for Sweetie Pie by Savie, a bakery based in Athens, Georgia.
That experience confirmed how much she truly enjoyed being a publicist, particularly for small businesses.

Months after moving to the Midwest and with her husband's encouragement, Bon Vivant PR was born. After a year in Iowa, Melissa and her family moved back to the Classic City where she continues to represent Marlene's at Sevastopol Station, a fine dining restaurant based in Des Moines, Iowa, as well as Craft Public House, Tranquility Massage and Wellness and Crossroads Property Services.
